3. Quotes and Estimates

Accuracy: All quotes and estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of the appraisal. Any changes in the scope of work may result in adjustments to the original quote.

Validity: Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance.
4. Payment Terms

Deposit: A deposit of 25% is required upon acceptance of the quote.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance. Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time.
6. Liability and Insurance

Damage: We take all necessary precautions to protect your property. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or acts of God.

Insurance: We are fully insured and will provide proof of insurance upon request.
